Aik Wan Kok is an award-winning, U.S.-licensed immigration attorney and a member of the State Bar of California - widely regarded as one of the most challenging in the United States. She is also one of the recipients of the AILA 2022 Michael Maggio Memorial Pro Bono Award. The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is the national bar association for over 16,000 attorneys who practice and teach U.S. immigration law.  

As an immigration attorney, Aik Wan continues to expand her expertise  and experience in the U.S. immigration legal field, representing businesses, employees, individuals, and families across the nation and the world in wide-ranging immigration matters - greencard, visa, citizenship and more.

Through her practice as an immigration attorney, Aik Wan, as a panel member of a business summit at a foreign embassy, has addressed important business immigration options and start-up opportunities for foreign nationals. Similarly, as the sole speaker at one of the annual Immigration Law workshops at Emory University, Aik Wan has given a speech on relevant immigration opportunities, law, and procedures to a lecture hall of foreign graduate students, followed by an immediate post-speech Q&A session and one-on-one immigration guidance. 

As a member of the distinguished AILA and a Barrister at Law (non-practicing) in England, Aik Wan has actively contributed to the legal community. She has also been a part of the AILA Afghan Response Task Force, facilitating efforts to evacuate individuals from Afghanistan.

Language-wise, Aik Wan knows Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa/Malay.
